Role overview

Shivaa Enterprises is hiring energetic, target-oriented sales professionals for an international voice process based in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will connect with overseas customers by phone, understand their needs, recommend suitable offerings, and work toward closing sales while keeping the customer experience positive.

Core responsibilities

• Handle both outbound and inbound sales conversations with international customers.
• Explain and position products or services in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Identify customer requirements and suggest the most appropriate solution.
• Work toward individual as well as team sales goals.
• Keep call logs and sales details updated accurately.
• Adhere to sales talk tracks and compliance requirements during calls.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to support satisfaction and repeat business.

Skills and qualifications

• Strong spoken English with clear pronunciation is essential.
• Good communication skills with a confident and persuasive style.
• Basic understanding of sales concepts; prior experience is helpful but not compulsory.
• Ability to manage objections and convert conversations into successful sales.
• Comfortable working in international shift timings.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.

Shift options

Candidates may choose one of the following shift schedules:

• Morning shift: 4:30 AM IST to 1:30 PM IST
• Night shift: 7:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST
