Role Overview
We are seeking an International Business Development Manager to take full ownership of the sales cycle. This role is not about account management or order-taking; rather, it's about owning revenue generation. Responsibilities include identifying new opportunities, building relationships with international decision-makers, conducting discovery calls, drafting proposals, negotiating terms, and closing new business.
Performance Expectations
- Develop and sustain a robust international sales pipeline.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold emails, referrals, and outbound outreach.
- Lead discovery meetings with founders, marketing leaders, and product teams.
- Consistently meet monthly revenue targets and secure new clients.
- Keep CRM up to date and provide weekly pipeline reports.
- Foster long-term client partnerships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new clients in the US, UK, Australia, and other global markets.
- Conduct prospecting using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email, networking, and referrals.
- Lead discovery calls to understand client challenges and goals.
- Recommend appropriate video solutions tailored to client needs.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close international service contracts.
- Maintain accurate CRM and sales pipeline management.
- Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
- Establish solid relationships with founders, product leaders, and marketing executives.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in international business development or B2B sales.
- Proven track record selling digital, creative, SaaS, or marketing services.
- Fluent spoken and written English skills.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated with a commercial mindset and comfortable working towards revenue targets.
- Ability to work full-time onsite in Bhopal.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working with clients from the US, UK, or Australia.
- Understanding of SaaS products, software sales, or video marketing.
- An existing network within the SaaS or technology sector is advantageous.
