Job description
About the Position
We seek an Intermediate Designer with a background in architecture and/or interior design to contribute creativity, refined aesthetic judgment, and commitment to excellence in our London studio. This role involves engaging with a multidisciplinary design team and collaborating closely with our interiors team based in New York. You will work directly with clients to craft, develop, and implement compelling architectural interior design concepts across all project stages, particularly within hospitality contexts.
Key Duties
- Engage in client consultations and develop detailed client presentations using Adobe InDesign
- Create and manage comprehensive design drawings utilizing Revit and AutoCAD
- Foster collaborative communication to advance conceptual design thinking
- Produce 3D models, sketches, and design boards to visually support design proposals
- Select and specify Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) along with architectural finishes
Required Expertise and Skills
- At least 3 to 5 years of professional design experience in a creative environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in interior design with adaptability to diverse design contexts
- Fluency in AutoCAD 2020 and solid working knowledge of Revit
- Skilled with Adobe Creative Suite software
- Experience with AI illustration tools such as Nano Banana and Krea
- Ability to create 3D models using software like 3D Max, Rhino, SketchUp, or Revit
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience engaging in strategic planning within ambitious design projects
- Background in narrative-driven project work
- Collaborative experience with interdisciplinary teams involving digital media, technical, and theatrical design

Compensation
