Key Responsibilities and Opportunities

• Design unique home environments tailored to individual client needs and preferences.
• Utilize both in-store and at-home consultations to manage and execute multiple design projects simultaneously.
• Apply your creativity and expertise in 2D and 3D space planning, as well as selecting suitable palettes and textiles.
• Work flexibly on weekends and holidays to accommodate customer schedules.
• Support sales through presentations that translate vision into compelling design solutions, maintaining high personal integrity.

Experience and Qualifications

• Designers at all career levels are welcome, from those new to the industry to seasoned professionals.
• Strong sales skills coupled with ethical standards are essential.
• Preferred candidates have at least an associate's degree in interior design or significant experience and related training in the field.
• Possession of a DMV record that meets insurance requirements is necessary.

Compensation and Benefits

• This role operates on a full commission basis with unlimited earning potential.
• During the initial four pay cycles of paid training, an additional $15 per hour bonus is provided alongside commissions.
