Job Overview

We are seeking an Integration Specialist for our Darra Head Office to design, construct, support, and manage integration solutions connecting our core business platforms. You will collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to implement secure, scalable, and dependable data transfer systems across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and govern integration solutions linking critical business systems.
• Partner with various teams to ensure smooth and secure data exchanges leveraging API and integration technologies.
• Translate business requirements into effective technical implementations.
• Support ongoing integration performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Desired Experience and Attributes

• Established background in integration, software or data engineering, especially involving business-critical systems.
• Proficient understanding of APIs, integration platforms, and secure data handling practices.
• Strong analytical problem-solving capability with clear communication skills for liaising with diverse stakeholders.
• Organized and detail-focused with the ability to manage multiple priorities and take ownership of deliverables.
• A proactive mindset geared toward continuous process improvement to drive meaningful outcomes.
• Experience in retail, supply chain, ERP, warehouse management, or eCommerce environments is highly valued.
