Integral Analyst in Purchasing and Sales

Overview

We are seeking a National Purchasing and Sales Assistant who not only understands the procurement process but also comprehends the technical details of the products to ensure safety and quality in both purchasing and selling.

Key Responsibilities

• Purchase management with technical expertise in Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and regulatory standards.
• Experience selecting appropriate PPE, including differentiating protection levels such as mask filter types and glove cut resistance.
• Manage lubricants and chemical substances with special attention to their impact on machinery and safety.
• Interpret Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and technical specifications of lubricants accurately.
• Understand key concepts like viscosity and compatibility to ensure correct inputs for preventive maintenance.
• Plan and oversee acquisitions of raw materials, packaging materials, supplies, and services.
• Negotiate with national and international suppliers to establish strategic agreements that enhance company competitiveness.
• Verify purchase orders align with negotiated terms, analyze and compare merchandise costs to evaluate any detrimental commercial changes.
• Maintain advanced proficiency in Excel for data management and reporting.
• Keep updated records on purchases in transit, estimated expenses, and preventive alerts to inform relevant departments.
• Monitor shipment status promptly to track arrival timelines effectively.
