Role Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable IT Infrastructure Support professional with a strong background in technical assistance, system maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting, and IT operations focused on user account access management.

Mandatory Qualifications & Experience

  • Possess a Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in security administration, identity governance, and user account access management.
  • Hands-on experience managing Privileged Identity Management or IAM tools such as CyberArk and RACF.
  • Proficient in conducting user account ID reviews on systems including Windows, Unix, Active Directory, and databases like Oracle and SQL, across web and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Understanding of encryption and authentication protocols including digital certificates, SSL, SAML, ADFS, and LDAP.
  • Familiarity with process optimization, automation, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices.
  • Experience scripting in Windows PowerShell, Python, or similar languages for automation purposes.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adhere to deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Skills & Certifications

  • Experience with SailPoint IIQ, SailPoint IDN, and Azure DevOps platforms.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CRISC, or CISM are advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Business-As-Usual support for User Account and Resource provisioning across platforms including Active Directory, Windows, Unix, Oracle, Azure AD, HashiCorp Boundary, and MSSQL.
  • Conduct reviews and improvements of User Account IDs, permissions, and security settings to align with corporate standards and policies.
  • Manage and resolve issues or incident tickets related to the access control matrix for various systems.
  • Advise on user account management and access control measures, ensuring segregation of duties (SoD) compliance.
  • Develop and uphold security standards such as naming conventions and privileged ID management guidelines across platforms.
  • Perform routine Baseline Security Standard compliance checks and validate privileged user access across systems.
