Our brand challenges the usual "healthy" and "boring" perception of protein snacks by crafting crave-worthy products, creating engaging content, and nurturing an enthusiastic community eager about every new launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and nurture influencer, affiliate, and ambassador initiatives.
• Develop strong partnerships with content creators and scout emerging talents.
• Manage and expand our Discord community to foster engagement.
• Coordinate product seeding, gifting, and coordinate creator-led marketing launches.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director to monitor trends on platforms like TikTok and Instagram, analyze content performance, and replicate successful formats.
• Organize and accelerate content production by facilitating filming and capturing behind-the-scenes moments including office activities, product launches, retail store visits, and events.
• Create, film, and edit native social media content to boost content quantity and quality across multiple channels.
• Actively engage with creators and customers using the brand’s voice by responding thoughtfully on social media and fostering community loyalty.
• Identify and reshare valuable user-generated content to enhance community involvement.

Candidate Profile

• Passion for social media culture and content creation.
• Keen analytical sense regarding what content performs well.
• Highly organized and proactive with a knack for bringing creative ideas to action.
• Ability to interpret and apply social media trends strategically for brand benefit.
• Comfort with filming and basic video editing, eager to contribute in various roles as necessary.
• Motivated to be part of a rapidly expanding brand and contribute to its growth.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in influencer marketing or managing creator partnerships.
• Proficient in video editing tools such as CapCut and design tools like Canva.
• Skills in photography or videography considered a plus.
• Background or interest in food, consumer packaged goods (CPG), wellness, or fitness industries.
