About the Role
We are seeking experienced caregivers in Sonoma County, focused on serving clients primarily in Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park, and Petaluma. Candidates can select from a variety of shifts including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and overnight, with the goal to align caregiver availability and client needs for consistent scheduling.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly wage ranging from $20.00 to $20.75
- Weekly payments via direct deposit
- A $250 new hire bonus available for hires confirmed by August 31, 2026, subject to completing a minimum of 16 visits in the first 45 days and maintaining good standing
- $700 caregiver referral bonus
- Paid orientation sessions typically scheduled within the first week

- Holiday pay at 1.5 times the standard hourly rate

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized care within clients' homes
- Offer assistance with personal hygiene such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and managing incontinence
- Help clients with safe mobility and physical transfers
- Prepare nutritious meals and complete light housekeeping duties
- Provide companionship and support to help clients maintain safety and independence at home
Candidate Qualifications
- At least six months of paid, non-family caregiving experience or possession of an active CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN certification
- Availability for a minimum of two recurring weekly shifts with the same clients
- Comfort and capability to provide hands-on personal care
- Ability to assist clients during transfers
- Basic proficiency in English communication, including speaking, reading, and writing
- Capacity to complete required compliance, registration, and licensing procedures
Transportation Information
While not mandatory, having a valid driver's license and dependable transportation may increase the range of client opportunities across Sonoma County.
