Position Overview
The Implementation Consultant plays a critical role in ensuring the effective rollout and client education of the Simpro Group's software solutions. This role centers on delivering bespoke training programs to new and existing clients, leveraging best practices to maximize user adoption and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customized, high-quality product training adapted to a variety of industries and client needs.
- Proactively address challenges by designing workflow solutions that optimize client use of the product.
- Conduct online workshops demonstrating standard Simpro workflows to client groups.
- Support clients continuously by supplying necessary resources to facilitate seamless onboarding.
- Foster and sustain strong client relationships, providing assistance throughout all implementation stages.
- Monitor client progress and intervene as needed to meet evolving requirements.
- Maintain thorough and current knowledge of product features and updates.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams across departments to promote successful client software adoption.
- Be adaptable to delivering training both on-site and remotely, including working flexible hours where necessary.
Candidate Profile
- Strong skills in delivering tailored training sessions.
- Background in software system implementation.
- Good understanding of business processes and workflows.
- Ability to apply business insights during client implementations.
- Experience managing and manipulating data.
- Professional, consultative demeanor.
- Excellent time management and organizational capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Capacity to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and produce fast results.
- Quick learner, adaptable to new software and systems.
- Familiarity with accounting platforms such as Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks.
- Exposure to or knowledge about trades industries is advantageous.
