We are currently hiring a full-time, permanent Hygiene Operative on day shifts at our Aylesford facility, with comprehensive training and advancement potential.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitization routines in all specified areas such as offices, communal zones, and facilities.
• Manage and operate cleaning machinery and tools following producer instructions and company guidelines.
• Adhere to prescribed cleaning schedules ensuring strict hygiene standards are met constantly.
• Report any damages, maintenance needs, or hygiene concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Handle waste segregation and disposal complying fully with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain detailed logs covering cleaning activities and resources utilized.
• Constantly comply with all health and safety laws and internal policies.
• Communicate regularly with colleagues and managers sharing updates or issues.
• Securely store cleaning supplies and equipment after use.
• Help maintain a safe, sanitary workplace for employees and visitors alike.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in a cleaning or hygiene role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong detail orientation and dedication to upholding sanitation standards.
• Dependable with excellent punctuality.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Good organization and time management skills.
• Physically able to perform manual cleaning tasks.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and chemical usage.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
• Customer-focused with a professional attitude.
