Human Resources Information System Administrator

Overview

This role is for a Business Systems Consultant contracted for 11 months with potential to convert to permanent. It offers remote work with an hourly pay rate between 45 and 47 dollars. The position demands at least 2 years of experience working within the Workday ecosystem, including implementations, data management, and support of functional areas like HCM Core, Compensation, and Reporting modules. Experience with PeopleSoft is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of Azure DevOps or similar project management tools, plus an interest in process improvement and transformation initiatives, are expected.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and documenting business processes.
• Tracking actions and ensuring follow-through on sustainment tasks.
• Identifying gaps in processes and finding opportunities to enhance them.
• Supporting post-go-live stabilization planning and transition to sustaining operations.
• Providing governance support including decision tracking.
• Maintaining documentation standards and managing repositories.
• Supporting reporting and governance for post-launch stabilization activities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 2 years' hands-on Workday experience.
• Familiarity with Workday implementation, data loading, and management.
• Experience with Workday modules such as HCM Core, Compensation, or Reporting.
• Preferred but optional exposure to PeopleSoft systems.
• Working knowledge of Azure DevOps or comparable project management tools and methods.
• Experience or interest in process consulting and process improvement projects.
