Program Overview
This two-year Human Resources Early Talent Leadership Development Program provides a comprehensive start to an international HR career. Participants receive leadership training, personal coaching, and opportunities to network with senior leaders, alongside rotational assignments across different functions and locations to develop diverse HR skills and prepare for future leadership roles.
Program Structure
- Duration: Two years
- Rotations: Two distinct 12-month placements in various HR functions
- First year based at Eaton's Dublin headquarters as a Country HR Generalist supporting Ireland operations, handling everyday HR activities such as payroll, onboarding, offboarding, and contributing to transformation initiatives in the UK & Ireland
- Second year involves relocation to another EMEA country, continuing development either as a Country HR Generalist or Junior HR Business Partner
- Program commencement: September 2026
Eligibility and Qualifications
- Must have or anticipate having a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field by August 2026; a master's degree in these areas is preferred
- Up to 3 years of work or internship experience is advantageous
- Flexible to relocate within the EMEA region during the program
