Role Overview

This position supports the Human Resources department by keeping office operations organized and running smoothly. The coordinator helps the Director of Human Resources or HR Manager with planning, coordination, and delivery of day-to-day administrative work, while ensuring Hyatt's corporate direction and brand standards are followed and expectations of employees, guests, and owners are met.

Key Responsibilities

The role centers on providing dependable administrative assistance to the HR office, helping coordinate internal processes, and supporting the execution of office administration activities. The coordinator is expected to contribute to an efficient department operation aligned with company standards.

Qualifications

A university degree or diploma is required, with preference for candidates from Human Resources or other business-related fields. Prior exposure to hotel operations is considered an advantage. Strong problem-solving ability, administrative capability, and interpersonal effectiveness are essential.
