Role Overview
We are seeking a Human Resources Consultant based in Washington, DC, to provide expert advice on HR policies, recruitment strategies, employee relations, and organizational development. This position is part-time and fully remote.
About the Position
As a Senior Management Consultant, you will lead projects aimed at devising and implementing strategic plans that enhance business performance for our clients. You will analyze complex organizational challenges, recognize growth opportunities, and develop practical solutions. Your extensive consulting background will be essential in guiding organizations through significant transformations to achieve their strategic goals and improve operational efficiency.
You will also mentor junior consultants, fostering their professional growth and skill development. Strong client and stakeholder relationship management will be critical to your role’s success. This position offers the chance to leverage leadership capabilities, make impactful contributions, and influence our clients' futures positively.
Key Responsibilities
- Gain a deep understanding of our systems, methodology, and processes.
- Engage in Continuous Discovery Habits and coach others on qualitative research techniques.
- Lead your own discovery sessions and interviews to assess user challenges, benefits, and tasks required.
- Direct research activities to identify current member difficulties and contribute to designing ideal future experiences.
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize research data to generate insights that inform user-focused outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional project teams to support the design and development of new products and features.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 4 years professional experience, including at least 2 years dedicated to user research.
- Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented and data-driven approach.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with empathy and a passion for assisting colleagues and users alike.
- Authorized to work in the United States and able to operate during US business hours.
- Preferred: Experience in quantitative analysis and data visualization.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary of $139,050 plus equity participation.
