Role Overview

We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner for a fixed-term maternity cover contract lasting a minimum of 12 months. The role supports a specific business unit by delivering both strategic and operational HR services to enhance performance, engagement, and retention within a company recognized for its quality outcomes and people-centric culture. The position is based in Dublin with a hybrid work setup (three days onsite, two days remote) and reports directly to the Senior HR Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities

Experience and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience as an HR Business Partner or in a senior HR Generalist capacity.

  • Familiarity with HR information systems such as Advanced HR or equivalent platforms.
  • Possession of relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
