Overview
A rapidly expanding private infrastructure company is looking for a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and spearhead critical people-focused initiatives across the enterprise. This position combines strategic collaboration with practical execution, supporting leadership in areas such as employee relations, talent development, process optimization, compliance adherence, HR operations, and boosting organizational effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will be a cooperative HR expert who thrives in a dynamic and entrepreneurial setting and is enthusiastic about enhancing the employee experience while crafting scalable HR systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to provide advice on employee relations, performance management, organizational development, interpreting policies, and workforce planning.
- Guide managers on employee-related issues ensuring consistent application of HR policies, employment regulations, and legal compliance.
- Lead and assist with vital HR programs including performance evaluations, compensation strategies, employee engagement, onboarding processes, and change management initiatives.
- Promote ongoing enhancements in HR procedures utilizing data analysis, audits, feedback from stakeholders, and best practices to boost operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of HRIS data through audits, reports, and control mechanisms.
- Maintain precise, compliant personnel records and HR documentation.
- Generate HR reports and analytics that support business strategy and highlight improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership and internal teams on strategic HR projects and company-wide initiatives.
- Support various HR programs and special projects as organizational needs evolve.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline is mandatory.
- Five to seven years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources, including hands-on roles as an HR Business Partner supporting leadership.
- Comprehensive understanding of employee relations, employment laws, performance management, organizational development, and HR best practices.
- Experience with HRIS systems, including skills in reporting, data analytics, maintaining data integrity, and refining processes; familiarity with cloud-based HR platforms is advantageous.
- Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel functions such as reporting, data analysis, pivot tables, and lookup formulas.
- Professional HR certifications like SHRM CP, SHRM SCP, PHR, or SPHR preferred.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, coaching, and influencing capabilities to establish trust at all organizational levels.
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple tasks, lead projects, and deliver detailed results.
- Proven track record in enhancing HR workflows and implementing operational efficiencies.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative, growth-focused environment, working independently while effectively partnering across the company.
