Educational Background and Experience

Candidates should currently be enrolled in or have recently completed diploma, undergraduate, or postgraduate studies in a pertinent discipline. Though prior academic projects or internships related to the field are advantageous, they are not compulsory.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with daily shop-floor and production tasks by complying with established operating procedures and maintaining safety and quality compliance.
• Support production teams in achieving output targets through collaboration and task execution.
• Carry out fundamental data recording and housekeeping activities to ensure an orderly workspace.
• Engage in training sessions, continuous improvement initiatives, and problem-solving efforts to enhance processes.
• Uphold a clean, safe, and well-organized working environment.
