Role overview
We are seeking an HR Specialist for a partner organization hiring in the United Kingdom. This is a fully remote position focused on strengthening the employee experience and supporting HR processes across the full employee journey, from onboarding to offboarding. The role combines hands-on HR administration, employee support, HRIS upkeep, and workforce reporting in a fast-moving global environment.
You will work closely with managers and leadership to keep HR operations accurate, efficient, and aligned with employment regulations. This opportunity is well suited to someone who is organized, people-oriented, and motivated by building smooth, compliant HR processes that support business growth.
Key accountabilities
- Act as the main contact for employees with questions about HR policies, procedures, and general employment matters.
- Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, orientation, offboarding, exit interviews, and employment records.
- Manage the HRIS by keeping employee data, workflows, permissions, and organizational information current and accurate.
- Support managers with employee documentation, interpretation of policies, and everyday HR guidance.
- Track HR processes and suggest improvements that increase operational efficiency and system performance.
- Prepare scheduled and ad hoc HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics for decision-making.
- Create presentation materials for leadership that summarize HR metrics, trends, and organizational insights.
- Maintain personnel files and HR records while supporting compliance checks, audits, and regulatory reporting.
- Work with cross-functional teams to support a positive, compliant, and employee-focused workplace culture.
- Handle sensitive employee information with discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Requirements
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. The role calls for 2 to 5 years of progressive HR experience, including HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
Experience with HRIS administration is needed, and familiarity with Paylocity is a strong advantage. A solid understanding of U.S. employment law and HR compliance is important, and experience supporting a multi-state workforce is beneficial.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are required, along with the ability to build reports, dashboards, and executive presentations. Excellent written and spoken English, strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage several priorities at once are also essential.
We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, a collaborative approach, customer-service mindset, and sound judgment when dealing with sensitive matters. Professional HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are valued, as is experience in high-growth or technology environments, workforce analytics expertise, and familiarity with fintech or cryptocurrency.
Benefits and compensation
- Competitive compensation paid in USD.
- Performance-linked incentive program.
- Fully remote work with the flexibility to choose your location.
- 10 paid vacation days each year, plus U.S. federal holidays.
- Chance to contribute to a fast-growing international business in fintech and cryptocurrency.
- Supportive, collaborative remote working culture.
- Exposure to global HR operations and employee experience initiatives.
- Close collaboration with leadership on strategic HR projects.
- Career growth in a dynamic and fast-evolving organization.

Data privacy and processing
By submitting an application, candidates consent to the processing of personal data for candidacy evaluation and sharing relevant details with the employer. This processing is based on legitimate interest and pre-contractual steps under applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.
