Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle. The role involves sourcing candidates via various digital platforms, assessing applications, conducting HR interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to facilitate the hiring process. Maintaining organized recruitment records and achieving recruitment goals while ensuring a positive candidate journey are key components of this position.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes efficiently.
- Utilize job portals and social media channels to attract potential candidates.
- Screen resumes and perform HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Arrange and coordinate interviews with appropriate hiring authorities.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date recruitment tracking documentation.
- Achieve hiring targets ensuring a seamless and affirmative experience for candidates.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- 1 to 4 years of recruitment experience.
- Experience in IT, ITES, BPO, international, or healthcare recruitment domains.
- Proficient English language communication skills.
- Familiarity with major recruitment platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, or Indeed.
- Strong abilities in candidate sourcing and negotiation.
