Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership teams to implement people strategies aligned with business plans, incorporating up-to-date organizational development practices.
• Act as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders, assisting with complex people-related matters and fostering leadership capabilities aligned with company standards.
• Analyze organizational challenges using data-driven insights to enhance performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Design and execute talent and capability development programs that support strategic workforce planning and create an environment where employees can excel.
• Handle local employee relations matters, including conducting investigations and managing performance improvement plans.
• Coordinate resourcing strategies to fulfill business requirements.
• Work collaboratively with the wider People team and Global People Services to ensure integrated people solutions.

Basic Qualifications

• Associate's degree with a minimum of seven years in Human Resources or Labor Relations, or
• Bachelor's degree with at least five years of related experience, or
• Master's degree with a minimum of three years' experience in Human Resources or Labor Relations, or
• Juris Doctorate or PhD qualifications, or
• Alternatively, nine or more years of relevant Human Resources or Labor Relations experience without a degree.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident to be eligible.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business or Human Resources.
• Experience leveraging Organization Development strategies to drive performance improvements.
• Familiarity with HR Shared Service delivery models.
• Proficiency with Workday HR systems.
• Track record managing employee relations cases, talent growth initiatives, and facilitating cultural transformation.
• Experience collaborating in a global, matrixed organization.

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a competitive salary range from $108,197 to $175,820 annually, alongside an attractive bonus plan and comprehensive benefits package. Work Arrangement & Location

The position is remote with an expectation of hybrid collaboration averaging three days onsite weekly. Employees in fully remote roles must reside in the US excluding Idaho, Nebraska, Nevada, Vermont, and Wyoming. Relocation support is available.
