Overview
This role of HR Officer is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, requiring 4 to 5 years of professional experience and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. The position demands a detail-oriented professional skilled at maintaining precise HR records and proficient in HR management systems such as SAP and SuccessFactors.
Key Duties
- Maintain comprehensive HR records, including files for permanent, outsourced, and blue collar employees, performing regular audits and archiving as necessary.
- Manage HR system data for all employees, including onboarding new hires, updating dependent and reporting information, and ensuring organizational charts are current in both SAP and manual records.
- Oversee the entire performance management framework, guaranteeing timely completion of appraisals and handling performance grievances impartially and openly.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives such as CEO Lunch & Engage sessions and CEO Townhalls, facilitating communication and follow-ups.
- Handle the entire HR lifecycle for outsourced personnel, including their onboarding, contract management, attendance tracking, offboarding, and resolving related concerns.
- Serve as the main contact for recruitment and outsourcing agencies, ensuring adherence to contracts and service quality standards.
- Provide assistance for both internal and external HR audits, verifying the accuracy of documentation and compliance with governance policies.
