Position Overview
Na Praia is looking for an accomplished HR Manager to lead all facets of human resources and implement strategic initiatives that promote employee engagement and organizational success. This full-time role, based in the United States, involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance evaluation, compliance, and workforce development to foster a thriving workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute HR strategies, policies, and processes aligned with company goals.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle and talent acquisition efforts.
- Handle employee relations including conflict management, disciplinary procedures, and workplace concerns.
- Oversee performance management, appraisals, KPIs, and employee growth plans.
- Administer payroll, compensation, benefits, and reward programs.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, employment regulations, and organizational policies.
- Promote employee engagement, retention strategies, and a positive work culture.
- Support workforce and succession planning alongside organizational development initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights for leadership decisions.
- Champion training and development activities to boost employee capabilities.
- Manage HR information systems including HRIS, ATS, and other technological tools.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure HR strategies align with business objectives.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrated track record in HR management, generalist roles, or business partnering.
- Comprehensive understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and policy implementation.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance appraisal, and compensation planning.
- Effective leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong aptitude for problem solving and conflict resolution.
- High degree of professionalism in managing sensitive, confidential information.
- Familiarity with HR systems such as HRIS, ATS, and payroll platforms is beneficial.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline preferred.
- Professional certifications like SHRM or CIPD are a plus.
