Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Manager to lead our human resources functions at Nextenti Tech located in Jagdalpur, India. Key Responsibilities

• Manage performance management systems to facilitate employee growth and meet company goals.
• Maintain compliance with labor laws by regularly updating policies in response to legislative changes.
• Lead training and development initiatives to support workforce skill enhancement.
• Work with department leaders to determine staffing requirements and assist with workforce planning.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and fair.
• Analyze HR metrics and data to evaluate the impact of HR policies and practices.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Strong experience in HR management including recruitment and employee relations.
• Knowledge of labor law compliance and HR policy development.
