HR Licensed Driver - Waste Management

Position Overview

This permanent, full-time position is based at South Windsor, NSW. The role involves servicing multiple customer locations by collecting liquid waste, specifically oily water, into a tanker and transporting it securely to a recycling disposal facility. Duties also include cleaning and maintaining separators and car wash systems. The successful candidate will operate vehicles and equipment following company safety standards and ensure precise completion of all relevant documentation.

Work Schedule and Compensation

• Shift from Monday to Friday, commencing at 5 am
• Work up to 10 hours per day
• Hourly pay rate of $36.31, with overtime compensated according to applicable rates
• Uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE) supplied
• Comprehensive induction and training provided

Candidate Profile

• Holder of a minimum HR Licence; open licence with Road Ranger experience considered an advantage
• Possession of a clean driving record
• Exhibits reliability, a positive attitude, and eagerness to learn
• Willing to undergo pre-employment medical assessments including drug and alcohol screening
• Prior experience in the waste management sector is not mandatory
