Job Summary
This position is for an energetic and self-driven HR Business Partner to support expanding operations across the UAE. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-moving, multicultural workplace, have strong knowledge of UAE labor regulations, and bring the initiative needed to help shape HR strategy and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with business leaders across the UAE as a strategic HR advisor, ensuring HR programs are aligned with business goals.
- Advise on regional labor legislation and compliance requirements, and help keep policies and practices in line with local rules.
- Oversee and assist with recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and career development activities.
- Support managers in addressing employee relations issues, disciplinary matters, and workplace conflict in a balanced and compliant way.
- Review HR data and trends, then turn them into practical insights that support better decision-making.
- Lead initiatives that strengthen company culture and reflect organizational values across diverse teams.
- Contribute to organizational development projects and improvement efforts.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required; professional HR certification would be an advantage.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR, including 2 or more years in an HRBP or similar role in the UAE market.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and employment practices.
- Ability to work independently, show initiative, and adapt in a cross-cultural, multi-country environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, along with strong emotional intelligence.
- Good problem-solving capability and a proactive, can-do mindset.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Chinese is an added advantage.
