Core Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to all housekeeping and guest service calls ensuring efficient fulfillment of guest requests.
• Keep assigned block pantries and storage areas clean and well-organized throughout the day, including multiple daily floor mopping.
• Monitor pantries and stores for maintenance issues like burnt-out lights, reporting them to the Housekeeping office as needed.
• Assist room attendants by providing necessary supplies and support during their tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping tuk tuks with daily cleaning routines.
• Ensure all extra beds and cribs are well-maintained, escalating issues to supervisors or engineering as required.
• Verify that emergency exits remain unobstructed, clean, and properly lit, reporting discrepancies immediately.
• Collect and properly dispose of recycling and garbage daily to sustain a safe working environment.
• Keep pantries stocked and organized, promptly reporting any shortages of linens or cleaning materials to team leaders.
• Complete accurate shift reports containing all pertinent information at the end of every shift.
• Be responsible for carrying a master key and phone throughout the shift and maintain communication with the housekeeping office as necessary.
