About the Role
Cracker Barrel is looking for a part-time Host to help create a welcoming first impression for every guest. In this role, you will greet guests as they arrive, help manage the waitlist, keep them informed with friendly updates, and support smooth table turnover so the dining room stays organized and moving.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcome guests warmly as soon as they enter.
- Handle the waitlist and coordinate guest flow.
- Keep guests updated in a courteous and reassuring way.
- Make sure tables are prepared for the next party.
- Help maintain a calm, efficient, team-oriented front-of-house experience.
