Job Overview
We are urgently seeking an experienced Hospital Administrator to manage administrative operations at a healthcare facility in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. This role demands a minimum of five years of relevant experience and a graduate qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the implementation and compliance of the Ayushman Bharat Scheme.
- Coordinate activities and communications with Third Party Administrators (TPAs).
- Oversee the process of accreditation under the National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers (NABH).
- Ensure smooth daily administrative functioning with an eight-hour working schedule, including handling emergency situations as required.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- At least five years of experience in hospital administration or a related field.
- Familiarity with government health schemes, particularly Ayushman Bharat.
- Experience in TPA coordination is essential.
- Knowledge and experience in NABH accreditation procedures.
Additional Details
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
Duty hours are 8 hours per day plus availability for emergencies.
