Iceland Foods is seeking a dedicated Home Delivery Driver to join their team in Walsall, England. Responsibilities
- Adhere strictly to safe driving practices and van loading procedures, including manual handling and heavy lifting.
- Conduct regular checks on the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in optimal condition.
- Guarantee that all food items are delivered to customers in excellent condition.
- Deliver outstanding customer service during every delivery interaction.
- Provide assistance within the store premises when necessary.
- Manage time effectively and work autonomously to meet delivery schedules.
- Demonstrate flexibility to work varied shifts between 6 AM and 11 PM.
Requirements
- Possess a valid full driving license, held for a minimum of three years, with no more than six penalty points.
- Exhibit a positive and friendly demeanor, with a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Be punctual and capable of meeting delivery deadlines consistently.
- Show a strong understanding and application of road safety principles.
