About the Role

Iceland Foods is seeking motivated Home Delivery Drivers for its Cannock Wood location. This position offers an hourly wage of £13.71, and the chance to work within a company known for its customer commitment and team care. The role involves safely delivering groceries to customers, providing excellent service as the face of the company, and occasionally assisting in store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Load delivery vans following safe handling and lifting procedures.
• Adhere strictly to safe driving standards while on the road.
• Perform routine van inspections to ensure vehicle safety and readiness.
• Transport food ensuring it reaches customers in optimal condition.
• Deliver exceptional customer service during all interactions.
• Assist store staff when necessary.
• Work independently, managing your time effectively.
• Be adaptable to various shift times, ranging from early morning (6am) to late evening (11pm).

Candidate Requirements

• Hold a full driving license for at least three years with no more than six penalty points.
• Display a positive, friendly attitude with a passion for excellent customer experience.
• Be punctual and capable of meeting deadlines consistently.
• Have a keen understanding and commitment to road safety.
