Iceland Foods is looking for a Home Delivery Driver in Swansea, Wales. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, and interacting with customers while out on the road. As a driver, you will represent the company directly by delivering grocery orders to customers with care and professionalism.

Pay

This position pays £13.71 per hour.

What the job involves

• Load the delivery van safely, including manual handling and lifting heavier items where required.
• Follow all safe driving practices at all times.
• Carry out routine van inspections before and during use.
• Make sure groceries reach customers in the best possible condition.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service on every drop.
• Support the store team with tasks in-store when needed.
• Work on your own and manage time effectively.
• Be flexible to work varying shifts between 6:00am and 11:00pm.

What we are looking for

• A full driving licence held for at least 3 years, with no more than 6 penalty points.
• A positive, approachable attitude and a genuine focus on customer satisfaction.
• Punctuality and the ability to meet deadlines reliably.
• Strong awareness of road safety and responsible driving.
