Role Summary

As a Home Coordinator, you will be instrumental in fostering a culture of high performance and excellent customer experiences throughout the home department. Your responsibilities will include supporting the team collaboratively, ensuring compliance with safety and legislative standards, training and guiding sales staff on product knowledge, and driving sales and profitability targets for the department.

Key Duties

• Collaborate closely with team members to provide outstanding service to both in-store and online customers.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant safety and legislative requirements, including thorough in-store procedures and incident reporting.
• Train and support sales colleagues regarding all Home Department products and services.
• Work towards achieving sales and profit goals within the store.

Candidate Profile

• Proven retail experience with a strong, general understanding of Small Appliances and Whitegoods.
• Demonstrated excellence in customer service, including handling cash transactions and operating electronic payment systems.
• Skilled in retail sales, with the ability to perform effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Enjoys a casual, lively workplace atmosphere.
