Role Overview

This full-time position, based onsite in Hyderabad, involves overseeing the comprehensive recruitment and placement functions for learners. Key duties include sourcing job opportunities, coordinating interviews, maintaining robust employer relations, and providing learners with personalized career guidance such as resume enhancement and interview preparation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and placement activities for learners ensuring alignment with their skills and career goals.
• Collaborate with training teams to synchronize placement strategies with educational outcomes.
• Track placement metrics, maintain accurate placement records, and generate regular performance reports.
• Engage in employer networking and outreach, including participating in industry events to create placement opportunities.
• Continuously refine placement processes to boost learner employment success.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience and skills in recruitment, talent sourcing, and candidate evaluation across full hiring cycles.
• Strong capability in establishing and nurturing employer partnerships, conducting outreach, and negotiating job placements.
• Experience in career counseling, including resume critique, interview coaching, and career path advisement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills facilitating effective collaboration within teams.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, spreadsheets, and common office productivity software for data tracking and reporting.
• Prior work experience in education, training, or IT service industries is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines, or comparable experience.
• Ability to work onsite in a dynamic environment managing several priorities and achieving placement targets consistently.
