Role Overview
We are seeking a Hiring Partner for a full-time, temporary 6-month contract role, fully remote. This position plays a crucial role in managing full lifecycle recruiting across various functions, including technical and non-technical teams such as R&D, Product, Go-to-Market, G&A, and Professional Services. The Hiring Partner will collaborate closely with hiring managers, interviewers, People Operations partners, and leadership to deliver a responsive and inclusive candidate journey and support onboarding activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles
- Collaborate on search strategies and ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring teams

- Create engaging communications and employer branding content for candidate outreach
- Maintain equitable and consistent hiring practices organization-wide
- Keep accurate and organized recruiting documentation and candidate data
- Assist in onboarding and orientation to foster new hire integration
- Work cross-functionally with HR, hiring teams, and business leaders
- Identify and implement improvements to recruitment processes and communications
Success Factors

- Efficiently manage multiple concurrent searches with clear communication and follow-through
- Maintain organized, proactive talent pipelines
- Accurately manage recruiting data and documentation
- Contribute constructive ideas to enhance recruitment functions
- Ensure strong connections with new hires pre- and post-joining
- Build trusted relationships across candidates, hiring teams, and partners
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong relationship-building skills and a passion for guiding career decisions
- Commitment to operational excellence, with meticulous process and data management
- Clear and adaptable communication capabilities
- A curious mindset seeking to understand new roles, teams, and technologies
- Collaborative and accountable team player
- Comfortable navigating changing priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Proactive in improving workflows and candidate experiences
- Global mindset, able to support cross-location hiring and diverse teams
Considerations
This role may not suit those who prefer limited role variety, require close supervision, or prioritize scheduling over candidate engagement. Preference for stable processes without change, or an interest in people management roles may also make this less appropriate.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruiting, talent operations, or related fields within tech or fast-paced environments
- Proven ability in managing full lifecycle recruitment across multiple teams
- Skilled in sourcing and engaging active and passive candidates
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting candidate experience and onboarding is beneficial
- Experience with Ashby ATS is a plus
