Role Overview
The Health and Safety Controller will join the Phoenix team at CCBA and report directly to the Health and Safety Manager. This role ensures a safe working environment through rigorous compliance monitoring and proactive risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Identify workplace risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Conduct thorough safety inspections and audits.
- Assist with incident reporting and investigations.
- Coordinate safety training sessions for employees.
- Manage safety protocols for contractors on site.
- Implement regulatory and KORE safety standards.
- Maintain accurate safety records and prepare KPI reports.
- Support emergency response procedures.
- Drive ongoing improvements in safety practices.
