Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic, service-oriented Head Waiter to lead our restaurant team by example, motivate staff, and ensure guests receive warm and attentive hospitality that leaves a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the restaurant team to consistently deliver outstanding guest experiences daily.
• Manage efficient restaurant operations while upholding the highest service standards.
• Greet guests warmly and professionally, providing genuine hospitality.
• Coach and guide team members during service to maintain consistency and excellence.
• Develop thorough product knowledge to offer informed food and beverage recommendations.
• Address guest requests and resolve any issues promptly and thoughtfully.
• Collaborate closely with management and culinary teams to ensure smooth service and unforgettable dining experiences.
• Ensure immaculate presentation, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety regulations.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous role as Head Waiter or Senior Waiter in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant setting.
• Natural leadership qualities paired with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong passion for providing exceptional guest service and creating memorable dining moments.
• Comprehensive knowledge of food, beverages, and restaurant operations.
• Capacity to stay composed, organized, and attentive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, teamwork orientation, and a commitment to excellence.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are considered advantageous.
