Role Overview

We seek a strategic visionary with deep expertise in construction delivery and strong competence in programme governance and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities and Skills

• Provide leadership in enterprise programme management and project controls.
• Manage portfolio planning, governance, and delivery assurance.
• Exhibit advanced skills in construction programming and scheduling methodologies.
• Oversee risk management, forecasting, and performance reporting activities.
• Demonstrate strong commercial insight and effective business partnering.
• Engage and influence executive stakeholders constructively.
• Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams to build capability.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives including data analytics and continuous improvement processes.
• Utilize technology and AI-driven solutions to enhance project delivery outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Extensive experience managing programme management, planning, or project controls in the construction industry.
• Proven track record of overseeing multiple significant commercial construction projects or portfolios.
• Expertise in Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, Microsoft Project, and other project reporting tools.
• Comprehensive understanding of governance frameworks, project risk management, and delivery assurance techniques.
• Highly capable of leading and nurturing successful teams.
• Possesses tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or closely related fields.
• Additional certifications or qualifications in programme management, project controls, or leadership are advantageous.
