Role Overview

This position comes as part of an important business transformation to enhance how performance is evaluated, comprehended, and utilized across the cooperative. The Head of Performance & Insight will lead a vital enterprise function that supports superior decision-making, boosts operational performance, and maximizes return on investment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of a comprehensive enterprise performance framework integrating financial, operational, and commercial metrics.
• Design and deploy integrated systems that align strategy with measurable results.
• Generate organizational-wide insights identifying performance opportunities, risks, and key drivers.
• Create and monitor leading performance indicators and early warning systems to enable proactive management.
• Manage governance of business cases, evaluate investments, and oversee capital allocation processes.
• Evaluate and confirm the value of investment opportunities to ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Monitor the realization of value across diverse projects, programs, partnerships, and initiatives.
• Convert complex datasets into clear, impactful insights and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
• Build and lead a talented team focused on analytics, performance measurement, and creating business value.

Candidate Profile

• Proven leadership in commercial finance, business analytics, strategy, or a similar area.
• Extensive knowledge in enterprise performance measurement, business case preparation, and investment appraisal.
• Proficient at transforming intricate data into actionable insights for C-level stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of the drivers affecting financial, operational, and commercial success.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement abilities with experience across multiple business units.
• Outstanding analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• A strong commitment to enhancing organizational results through data-driven decision-making.
