The company is a young startup with approximately 12-15 team members, focused on offering sustainable, high-protein, and health-conscious dairy substitutes. They aim for rapid growth and plan to secure institutional funding in the near future.

Role Overview

The Head of Finance & Accounts will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial functions, accounting operations, and supporting administrative tasks directly from the Bengaluru office. This position reports directly to the founder, Raghav Joshi, and does not have any direct subordinates, working alongside an external Chartered Accountant for monthly compliance filings.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts and financial operations, ensuring stringent control over cash flows and audits.
• Lead investor meetings and contribute to strategic decision-making processes.
• Prepare Management Information Systems (MIS) reports and maintain robust financial reporting standards.
• Maintain stringent oversight over inventory management and regulatory compliance.
• Support ancillary administrative duties as required to streamline internal processes.

Compensation and Work Details

• Monthly salary range of INR 45,000 to 75,000.
• Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India; work to be conducted onsite.
