Role Overview

The Guest Services Agent's main duty is to deliver professional and courteous services. This includes handling guest reservations, warmly welcoming and registering guests, offering exceptional service throughout their visit, and managing account settlements at checkout.

Key Responsibilities

• Promptly and efficiently manage guest inquiries, requests, and feedback to ensure a satisfying stay.
• Oversee reservations and guest registration processes.
• Provide exemplary guest service during their stay.
• Handle guest account settlements upon departure.

Requirements

• Strong dedication to customer service excellence.
• Previous experience in hotel front office operations is an advantage.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with current Property Management Systems (PMS) is preferred.
