Role Overview
The Guest Service Agent is tasked with delivering expert and courteous service to guests. Responsibilities include handling reservations, welcoming and registering guests, ensuring excellent service throughout their stay, and managing billing processes upon guest departure. Prompt and effective handling of guest inquiries, requests, and feedback is essential to guarantee guest satisfaction.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Strong dedication to providing excellent customer service
- Prior experience in hotel front office operations preferred
- Proficient communication skills with fluency in English mandatory
- Ability to work in shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) advantageous
