Ground Operations Team Member

Position Overview

Your role will involve active field visits to branches, supervision of captains, and assurance that operational benchmarks are consistently achieved to promote smooth service delivery across multiple locations.

Primary Duties

• Conduct scheduled daily visits to stores and collection centers linked with captains to assess their performance.
• Train new captains thoroughly to align with the company's operational policies and procedures.
• Perform routine audits of captain waiting areas and workspaces to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Monitor captain performance critically, focusing on punctuality in deliveries, uniform standards, accuracy in form submission, and timely escalation of issues to relevant supervisors to maintain outstanding service quality and effective operations.
• Accompany captains on ground trips to evaluate their performance in terms of meeting delivery targets and identify any operational challenges or areas needing improvement for reporting purposes.
• Document and report all concerns or problems raised by captains promptly.

Eligibility Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Possession of a diploma or certification in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields is advantageous.
• Fundamental understanding of logistics and ground handling processes.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office or logistics management software.
• Excellent communication and problem-resolution abilities.
• Capability to operate effectively within a fast-evolving environment and manage shifting priorities.
• Prior experience coordinating with delivery personnel or captains, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Awareness of health, safety, and security measures pertinent to logistics or aviation settings.
