Dibiz Solutions, a vibrant creative boutique agency, seeks a Junior Graphic Designer to transform concepts into striking and effective visual communications that do more than look good—they solve problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging advertisements for digital platforms such as Meta.
• Create social media visuals including posts, reels covers, and campaign graphics.
• Develop brand identity components, pitch decks, and comprehensive visual systems.
• Convert content concepts into engaging, eye-catching visuals that captivate audiences.
• Collaborate with strategists, content creators, and media teams to execute campaigns successfully.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience preferred; freshers with impressive portfolios are also welcome.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Strong attention to detail and refined design aesthetics.
• Bonus skills: familiarity with motion graphics/After Effects, experience with fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands, and knowledge of performance-driven ad creative design.
• Applicants must be based in Mumbai.

Additional Information

• Employment is full-time and on-site in Mumbai.
• Salary range: ₹360,000 to ₹500,000 per annum.
