Position Overview
We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to develop top-notch creative visuals for various brand touchpoints. Reporting to the Graphic Design Manager and Art Director, you will support marketing, eCommerce, retail, wholesale, events, and other brand activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Create compelling digital and print design materials.
- Assist in executing seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand-focused projects.
- Maintain consistent brand identity and visual standards across all platforms.
- Interpret and transform creative directives into impactful design solutions.
- Contribute to maintaining and evolving brand guidelines and visual systems.
- Ensure quality and consistency of all design deliverables before submission.
- Produce marketing assets such as email campaigns, digital ads, social content, and web graphics.
- Collaborate with Marketing and eCommerce teams to enhance creative results and customer engagement.
- Help with campaign development from concept through final execution.
- Design homepage updates, landing pages, and merchandising graphics supporting eCommerce efforts.
- Work closely with eCommerce and merchandising teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Create assets aimed at boosting conversion, acquisition, and retention.
- Optimize digital assets to meet platform standards and best practices.
- Design visual materials for retail stores, wholesale pitches, trade shows, and special events.
- Produce collateral for events, activations, runway shows, and special projects.
- Partner with Retail and Sales to develop customer-facing marketing materials.
- Support visual storytelling in experiential and engagement initiatives.
- Manage creative asset libraries and file organization.
- Coordinate production with external vendors and partners as needed.
- Ensure all outputs comply with production specs and timelines.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance creative output, efficiency, and content generation.
- Research and apply emerging design technologies to improve productivity.
- Collaborate with leadership to adopt innovative solutions while preserving brand integrity.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of graphic design experience, ideally with fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
- Robust portfolio showcasing strengths in branding, digital design, campaigns, and storytelling.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite applications.
- Experience creating designs for eCommerce, email marketing, social media, and digital ads.
- Solid understanding of print production processes and asset creation.
- Exceptional project management and organizational capabilities.
- Capable of juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Preferred experience using AI tools to support creative workflows.
Compensation
The salary range for this role is $70,000 to $80,000 annually.
