Graduate Management Training Programme

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by managing reservations, addressing inquiries, and engaging with diverse customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with local business partners through sales and marketing activities.
• Gain knowledge of financial control, including cost management and interpreting profit and loss statements.
• Oversee operations and logistics, such as fleet management and strategic planning to enhance performance.
• Lead and mentor team members, fostering their development and potentially overseeing their promotions.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is desirable, though relevant professional experience may be accepted as a substitute.
• Applicants must possess a full manual driving license valid in the Republic of Ireland, UK, or EU; exceptions are made for individuals with disabilities preventing driving.
• No drug- or alcohol-related driving offenses in the past five years.
