Role Overview
This position is for a Graduate Engineer Trainee in telecom field operations. The role is centered on maintaining tower sites in the assigned territory, ensuring strong uptime, controlling costs, and improving energy efficiency while meeting quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle safe and efficient operations and maintenance activities for tower sites within the assigned area.
- Support high site availability by focusing on uptime management and preventive upkeep.
- Ensure adherence to environmental, safety, and health standards.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve site-related issues effectively.
- Maintain site quality, process discipline, and compliance with company procedures.
- Track and manage energy usage to improve efficiency.
- Assist in team coordination and on-ground execution for field operations.
Technical Knowledge Expected
Applicants should have a solid grasp of basic electrical engineering. Additional familiarity with DG sets, AC power systems, DC power systems, battery backup systems, HVAC equipment, antenna systems, and the fundamentals of GSM/CDMA technologies will be beneficial.
Eligibility and Candidate Profile
This opportunity is meant for B.E./B.Tech graduates in EEE or ECE who passed out in 2026 and have no active backlogs. A minimum of 60% marks is required in 10th, 12th, and graduation. Because this is a field-based role, candidates must have their own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
