About the Role
Join SMEC as a Graduate Engineer working in Geotechnical and Tunnel Engineering within a dynamic program designed to accelerate your professional development over two years. Primary Responsibilities
- Assist with geotechnical engineering tasks including site investigations, data analysis, and preparing technical documentation.

- Attend site visits to understand subsurface conditions and construction techniques.
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary groups to integrate geotechnical information and support overall project execution.
- Adopt industry standards and best practices through formal training and practical experience.
Candidate Profile
- Recent graduate with a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within teams.
- Demonstrates initiative, adaptability, and eagerness to learn continually.
- Familiarity with geotechnical or modeling software, GIS tools, or data analysis platforms is desirable but not mandatory.
