About the Role

Enaya Home Nursing, associated with J&F Holdings, invites applications for a General Practitioner (GP) position. This role involves delivering professional medical care to patients in their homes, overseeing their health status, and ensuring smooth collaboration among physicians, nursing, and physiotherapy teams.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform routine home visits to evaluate, monitor, and follow up on patient health conditions.
• Examine patients' medical histories, treatment regimens, medications, and overall progress.
• Detect any decline or change in patient health and respond with proper medical interventions or referrals.
• Maintain communication with attending physicians, specialists, and hospitals involved in patient care.
• Track hospital admissions, discharges, tests, treatment recommendations, and medication adjustments.
• Offer clinical supervision and leadership to the Nursing Department, ensuring high-quality nursing care.
• Collaborate with and mentor the Physiotherapy Department concerning patient requirements and progress.
• Continuously review and revise patient care plans and medical guidance as needed.
• Document medical reports, home visit summaries, progress notes, and maintain accurate patient records.
• Engage with patients and families, providing clear updates and explanations on medical conditions and plans.
• Address and manage patient and family concerns regarding medical care, coordinating with management as necessary.
• Facilitate effective communication among doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, patients, families, and other healthcare personnel.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and care planning when requested.
• Ensure timely escalation or emergency referral when urgent medical care is needed.
• Comply with DHA requirements, UAE healthcare regulations, professional norms, and Enaya's policies.
• Advocate for patient safety, quality standards, confidentiality, and professional ethics consistently.
• Support clinical training, guidance, and ongoing improvement of healthcare teams as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Holds an MBBS or an equivalent medical qualification.
• Possesses a valid DHA General Practitioner License.
• Has relevant clinical experience; prior home healthcare experience is preferred.
• Exhibits strong clinical assessment, decision-making, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Demonstrates the capability to coordinate efficiently with hospitals, specialists, patients, family members, nurses, and physiotherapists.
• Possesses a sound understanding of patient safety measures, infection control, and healthcare regulations.
• Preference for candidates fluent in Arabic.
