Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a future skills framework specifically designed for CCM, incorporating emerging technological and platform changes.
• Assess current skills inventory, spot gaps, and design effective, scalable learning pathways to prepare staff for upcoming challenges.
• Act as a strategic liaison, fostering collaboration between CCM, enterprise learning teams, engineering, and workforce partners to align capabilities and goals.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership by interpreting complex capability data and providing insights that support strategic workforce planning and risk mitigation.
